LINE COOK – 1 year minimum experience recommended. Duties include food prep, sanitization, inventory check, working with team under pressure.
Server – 1-3 years experience. Servers are expected to provide customers with excellent hospitality while working in conjunction with sushi chefs and cooks. Team members must have a commitment for hospitality and possess a desire to serve, work efficiently under a fast-paced environment, multitask, and practice prioritization in order to meet service expectations and tasks.
