Sushi Chef – 0-3 Years experience preferred. Chefs are expected to be detail oriented, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and highly adaptable to different tasks such as food prep, service, and presentation.
Dishwasher – No experience required. Duties include varies cleaning tasks in the kitchen and to oversee the maintenance of cleanliness.
Server – 1-3 years experience. Servers are expected to provide customers with excellent hospitality while working in conjunction with sushi chefs and cooks. Team members must have a commitment for hospitality and possess a desire to serve, work efficiently under a fast-paced environment, multitask, and practice prioritization in order to meet service expectations and tasks.
