Tony is the chef/founder with over thirty years of experience in Asian cuisine. Prior to the opening of Tony's, he worked in restaurants in Southeast China, New York City, and Salt Lake City. Chef Tony pursued his biggest aspiration in opening a restaurant and he strives to bring fresh Asian cuisine to locals and to diversify their palettes.
Cesar is the executive chef at Tony's with more than thirty years in Japanese cuisine. His experience includes over a dozen years working in bustling Southern California sushi bars before moving to Salt Lake City. His experiences contributed to the making of the current menu and his specialties are found in theSushi Rolls Menu.
